Each rabbit has been examined by our veterinarian, spayed/neutered, and litterbox trained.
HRS chapter members must pay a fee of $60.00 for a single rabbit, $110.00 for a pair and
$150.00 for rabbit trios. This adoption fee includes spaying or neutering.
Non-member must pay a fee of $75.00 for a single rabbit, $125.00 for a pair and
$165.00 for rabbit trios. This adoption fee includes spaying or neutering
as well as the House Rabbit Handbook and Chapter membership. These fees are fully tax-deductible.
Adoptions from us are a great deal - if you purchase a rabbit at a pet store or breeder, you'll pay $15 -$50 for a rabbit that is not spayed or neutered. Spay/neuter is the single most important thing you can do for your bunny's lifestyle and health. As a responsible rabbit owner, you will pay $150-$200 for a neuter and $200-$300 for a spay when you obtain these services outside our shelter.
