SEPA/DE HRS ON-LINE ADOPTION APPLICATION

Please answer the following questions before deciding on your potential rabbit. This a pre-adoption screening application. You will not be officially approved to adopt until you visit the shelter. We try to ensure the best possible match between rabbit and adopter or between rabbit and rabbit (if this is a bonding situation).
Remember that this is a lifetime commitment. You will be asked to sign a legal contract when adopting. Southeastern PA-Delaware Chapter members must pay a fee of $60.00 for a single rabbit, $110.00 for a pair and $150.00 for a trio. Non-chapter members must pay a fee of $75.00 for a single rabbit, $125.00 for a pair and $165.00 for a trio. The Non-member fee includes a copy of the House Rabbit Handbook and one-year Chapter membership.
