SuperPet and Kaytee release new campaign encouraging the purchasing of small animals as gifts November 2009SuperPet and Kaytee have released two new web campaigns encouraging the purchase of small animals as pets. PetFundango gives outdated care information about small animals, and No Batteries Required suggests that animals are better and lower maintenance toys for children because "no batteries are required." Please let Kaytee and Superpet know that you are horrified about the fact that not only do they encourage the purchasing of small animals as pets even while small animals die in animal shelters, but they are encouraging their purchase as low maintenance gifts for the holidays. Please send both companies a letter or email, or give them a call to let them know of your concerns, via the contact information below: Super Pet Robert Krause, President 2121 Touhy Ave Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 1-847-956-1130 Superpet email Kaytee Products, Inc.
