Hayward Animal Control Animal Cruelty Report

Hayward Animal Control has not yet finalized the report they will present to the Hayward District Attorney. Although the report can technically be filed up to one year after the incident, it is our expectation that the report will be submitted to the District Attorney's office in the very near future.

When the report is submitted to the District Attorney, we will ask you to write a letter to the District Attorney's office on behalf of the Hayward rescued rabbits, strongly encouraging them to prosecute this case to the full extent of the law. It will be extremely important to demonstrate to the DA's office that many people are watching this case and want to see every measure taken to prevent the Bruno Street people, who abused the Hayward Rabbits, from ever being permitted to keep a single rabbit in the future.
