Toby - Elder Statesman of the Hayward Bunnies

Toby is the eldest of the rescued Hayward Bunnies. He is approximately six years old. Although this age is normally considered "middle age," with all he has been through, Toby appears considerably older.

Toby's eyes, ears, mouth and nose are covered in scar tissue. He is very fragile and needs to be
treated gently. Toby will require a devoted caretaker  for the remainder of his lifetime.

Toby is a gentle, curious, sweet-natured boy.

Toby has been kept separate from the other bunnies due to his delicate condition. While the other bunnies were out to play, volunteers cleaned their pen then let Toby in to explore.
He loved climbing up the ramp of the play structure.

Toby and the other Hayward Bunnies Need Your Help

With all the spays, neuters, and urgently needed medical care, the House Rabbit Society's vet bill has skyrocketed to over $11,000. If you would like to make a donation to help Toby and his friends, please go online to make a donation and let them know it's for the "Hayward Rabbit Rescue."

The bunnies thank you!
